12:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. on June 2
Red River Research Center, Vendors, Food Trucks and Super Plant Gardens open at 9:30 a.m. Saturday
Advance tickets are $10 and can be purchased at select Citizens National Bank branches (Main Office on East Texas Street Bossier, Ellerbe Road Branch, Benton Road Branch Bossier, Mansfield Road Branch, East 70th Street Branch, Downtown Branch Shreveport, and DeSoto Parish Branch), or by calling the Master Gardeners office at (318) 408-0984. Tickets may also be purchased at any garden on the days of the tour for $15.

Red River Research Station @ 210 Research Station Drive (Opens at 9:30 a.m. on Saturday)
A Garden Bazaar will be held during the tour at the Red River Research Station, and while there, enjoy a tour of the Super Plant Garden, a project of the Northwest Louisiana Master Gardeners. Admission to the Red River Research Station is free. Mark Wilson NWLA Horticulture Extension Agent will be on hand to discuss Louisiana super plants and also answer other questions. Along with several vendors and food trucks. Tickets can also be purchased using a credit/debit card at this location

Gardens on Tour 2024
Annalisa Vaccari and Victor Vargus, Bossier City, LA
This yard is full of unique features including a dry rock creek bed, a Koi pond, unique planters and a gazebo. Large Vitex trees and several Clematis enhance the garden area. The homeowners have used a variety of ground cover and ivy to add texture and interest to the yard.
James Lloyd and Brenda Collins, Bossier City, LA
This lovely garden has a variety of sun plants and shade plants, including a unique white Lantana plant. Enjoy sitting by the pool or relaxing in the wicker swing in the shade of a large Crepe Myrtle.
Rick and Pam Tully, Shreveport, LA
A truly creative and unique display combining flowers and vegetables in this organic garden! A variety of tomato plants, blueberry plants, peppers, and green beans are artfully interspersed with a variety of annuals.

This homeowner has maximized the back yard to include flower beds along the border of the yard with unique artwork and a water feature included in the design. There are places to relax and enjoy a cool drink, along with an area for dining with friends.
